Ingredients
- Minced chicken or turkey -1/2 pound
- Bringal (Chinese eggplant) -1 cut into big chunks
- Onions-1 medium size finely chopped
- Garlic-4-5 cloves chopped length wise
- Red chilly flakes-1tsp
- pepper powder-1/2tsp
- Cumin powder-1tsp
- Soya sauce-2tbs
- Chilly sauce-1tsp
- Tomato Sauce-2tbs
- Green onions and coriander leaves for garnishing
- Deep fry Brinjal in oil till light golden brown.
- Add oil in a pan ,add onions and garlic and fry till soft in low flame .
- Add pepper powder,chilly flakes and cumin powder stir for 1min.
- Add minced meat and cover and cook till it is 3/4 done add little water if needed (minced meat cook faster ).
- Add brinjal and cover and cook for 1min.
- Add all the sauces and cook for another 1 min.
- If you think it's not thick you can add little water.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and green onions.

For The Wrap
- Mix Mayonnaise with minced garlic ,lime juice and salt.
- Spread it over Roti or tortillas or frozen roties.
- Add rice salad and minced meat .
- Wrap ,and enjoy.
